1 Where can I buy a gift card?

You have several convenient options to purchase a card:

The Card ATM is a self-service device available 7 days a week, including Sundays when shopping is not permitted. It is located opposite Carreffour at the information desk on level 0. Card payments are accepted only.
Information Point (on level 0, opposite the Carrefour supermarket) – cash and card payments accepted.
Online order – order via FinPay and collect your card at the Information Point.

2 Where can I get an invoice for gift cards?

We do not issue VAT invoices for the purchase of gift cards.
The transaction is confirmed by an accounting note.

3 Where can I inquire about lost keys/jacket etc.?
